Job Responsibilities :

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, switches, sockets, lighting, and distribution boards.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify the cause of power failures, short circuits, tripping breakers, and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain electrical systems for kitchen equipment, such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, exhaust hoods, and food-preparation equipment.
• Install and replace lights, switches, outlets, breakers, cables, and electrical fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to reduce equipment breakdowns and electrical hazards.
• Check and maintain emergency lighting, fire-alarm electrical connections, backup power systems, and other safety-related electrical equipment.
• Respond quickly to electrical emergencies and minimize disruption to restaurant operations.
• Test electrical equipment and circuits using appropriate testing and measuring instruments.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, maintenance work, and replaced components.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers, maintenance staff, contractors, and equipment technicians when specialized repairs are required.
• Ensure electrical work complies with local electrical codes, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Maintain adequate stocks of common electrical spare parts and tools.
• Keep electrical panels, equipment areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow proper lockout/tagout and electrical safety procedures when working on energized or potentially energized equipment.
• Support installation and commissioning of new restaurant equipment and electrical systems.
• Assist with renovation, remodeling, and expansion projects involving electrical work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
