Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer to ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at our electrical contracting sites. The role focuses on implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and achieving a zero-accident workplace through proactive monitoring, training, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a safety-first culture through safety interactions, toolbox talks (TBT), and pre-job safety meetings.
• Designed HSE training program for all staff members.
• Conduct induction programs for new employees and deliver HSE training to all staff.
• Organize and lead weekly safety review meetings to address safety issues and updates.
• Monitor site activities, inspect equipment, and ensure adherence to HSE regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit audit, observation, and closing reports for internal and client requirements.
• Investigate accidents/incidents, determine root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
• Implement, review, and audit safety policies for high-risk environments.
• Oversee emergency response activities and recommend improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of all safety-related data and reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE goals, targeting a zero-level accident workplace.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4 to 10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in high-risk industries such as construction.
• Strong knowledge of HSE principles, regulations, and safety monitoring.
• Proven ability to conduct audits, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions.
• Excellent skills in training delivery, problem-solving, and incident investigation.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
