Job Summary

The Electrician is responsible for carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting work at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, switchboards, distribution boards, and lighting fixtures as per approved drawings.
• Install and terminate cables, switches, sockets, MCBs, MCCBs, DBs, and other electrical components.
• Carry out testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors for site maintenance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Identify electrical faults and rectify them with minimal downtime.
• Maintain records of completed work, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety guidelines, wear appropriate PPE, and report unsafe conditions immediately.

Qualification

• HSC / ITI / Diploma / Certification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Works.

Experience

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in electrical work.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.

Mandatory Requirement

• Valid Electrician/Wireman License (license must be valid at the time of joining).

Required Skills

• Knowledge of electrical wiring, panels, and distribution systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts.
• Knowledge of electrical testing instruments and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of electrical safety regulations and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HT/LT electrical systems.
• Knowledge of DG sets, transformers, earthing systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with construction quality standards and site safety practices.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor construction site environment.
• May require overtime, weekend work, or shift duties based on project requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
