Job Overview

We are looking for an Electronics Associate to support product quality checking, technical research, product comparison, testing, and product development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electronic products for quality, functionality, performance, and defects.
• Verify products against technical specifications, samples, datasheets, and QC checklists.
• Identify and report hardware, functional, physical, and technical issues.
• Conduct product research and basic technical analysis.
• Compare products based on specifications, features, performance, quality, components, and pricing.
• Research competitor products and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Support new product development and product improvement activities.
• Evaluate supplier samples and provide technical feedback.
• Verify components, accessories, ports, power requirements, connectivity, and other specifications.
• Prepare QC reports, product comparison sheets, and technical evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Purchase, Warehouse, and Management teams regarding technical and quality issues.
• Maintain records of testing, defects, corrections, and product approvals.
• Follow company QC procedures, testing standards, and product evaluation processes.

Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Strong basic knowledge of electronic products and testing procedures.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and datasheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to research and evaluate electronic products independently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Willingness to learn new electronic products, technologies, and testing methods.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
