Technical Trainer – ECE / Electronics & Communication
Location: Kalaburagi, Karnataka
Salary: ₹25,000 Gross per Month (₹3 LPA Gross)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Mode: 6 Days Onsite
Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates
Job Summary
We are looking for Technical Trainers, Industry Professionals, and Freshers with strong technical knowledge to provide technical training to Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) students from 1st to 6th semester.
The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, practical or project experience, good communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging and hands-on training sessions.
Training Areas
Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas can apply:
- MATLAB for Engineers
- C Programming for Embedded Systems
- Electronic Prototyping & PCB Design
- Python for Signal Processing & Data Analysis
- RF/Wireless Communication Tools & Antenna Design – HFSS/CST
- Edge AI & TinyML
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for ECE students.
- Deliver theoretical concepts along with practical, hands-on sessions.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Prepare and conduct practical exercises, demonstrations, and project-based activities.
- Guide students in implementing technical concepts through real-world applications.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate with the academic/training team for effective program delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ECE, Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the mentioned technical areas.
- Good practical, academic, or project-based experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to engineering students.
- Training, teaching, mentoring, or workshop experience will be an added advantage.
