Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor earthwork, excavation, foundations, RCC works, masonry, finishing, roads, drainage, and related civil works.
• Ensure quality control through inspections, testing, and compliance with QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), work schedules, and material requirement plans.
• Verify line, level, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards at the site.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
• Resolve technical issues and support project planning and execution teams.
• Maintain project documentation, measurements, and billing records.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
