• Identify and develop new vendors.

• Negotiate price, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, store, and accounts departments.
• Ensure materials meet technical specifications.
• Maintain purchase records and documentation.
