About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support the execution and supervision of real estate and construction projects. The candidate will assist in site management, quality control, project coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day construction activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision

• Monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Maintain proper site discipline and safety standards.

Project Execution

• Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution.
• Track project progress and report daily work updates.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and activities.
• Support in material planning and resource management.

Quality Control

• Inspect construction work to maintain quality standards.
• Verify measurements and ensure accuracy in execution.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and work reports.
• Assist in preparing BOQ, measurements, and billing details.
• Maintain documentation related to materials, labor, and project activities.

Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Support communication between site and management teams.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical assistance.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in real estate/construction projects can apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and site execution.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to handle site activities efficiently.
• Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel or work at project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
