We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented finance professional to own day-to-day accounting operations and support broader finance functions. You'll be the backbone of our books — keeping records clean, reporting accurate, and the finance engine running smoothly. This role suits someone who loves the craft of accounting but is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves for finance admin when needed.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Core bookkeeping & ledger management: Maintain accurate books of accounts -AP, AR, general ledger entries, payroll and bank reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis. Own month-end and year-end close processes with minimal supervision.
• CashFlow workings: Allocation of transactions based on the budget, and nature of it. Also, summarising of cash balances on daily basis.
• Zoho & QuickBooks operations: Manage end-to-end accounting workflows in Zoho Books and/or QuickBooks - including invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and report generation. Identify and implement process improvements within these tools.
• Finance admin & ad hoc support: Own finance admin tasks including documentation, data entry, expense tracking, and coordination with HR and ops for reimbursements. Support the FP&A team with data pulls, formatting, and analysis inputs as needed.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• 2–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting-specific role
• Hands-on expertise in Zoho Books and/or QuickBooks - not just exposure, but day-to-day ownership
• Prior experience in a finance-centric org where accounting was core to the role (not peripheral)
• Strong grasp of core accounting principles -AP/AR, reconciliations, ledger management, month-end close
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance
• B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.

Nice to have:

• Experience with multi-currency accounting and cross-border transactions
• Prior exposure to a SaaS or startup environment
• Familiarity with FP&A workflows and supporting budget vs actuals analysis

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
