Full job description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and presentable PR Executive to represent the organization and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, channel partners, and other business stakeholders.

This is a client-facing role suitable for freshers and recent graduates who have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and an interest in Public Relations, Marketing, Client Relations, and Business Development. The role involves meetings, industry interactions, events, and site visits, consistent with the company's requirement for external stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization during client meetings, industry events, professional forums, and site visits.
  • Support PR, brand visibility, marketing, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and follow up with consultants, PMCs, contractors, channel partners, and clients.
  • Assist in identifying new networking and business development opportunities.
  • Gather market feedback and information about industry and competitor activities.
  • Maintain records and reports of meetings, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Travel for client meetings, events, and project/site visits as required.

Qualification

BBA / MBA / Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising / Public Relations / Marketing or a related qualification.

Candidate Profile

  • Freshers and recent graduates are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very pleasing, confident, and presentable personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with client interaction and meeting senior business professionals.
  • Interest in PR, Marketing, Client Relations, and Business Development.
  • Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a confident, professional personality are encouraged to apply.
