Supporting Actions






















Responsible for monitoring and controlling plant operations through the Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of process equipment. The role involves alarm handling, process optimization, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating with field operators, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.





  • Managing process upsets and emergency situations in real time.
  • Timely response to critical alarms and equipment abnormalities.
  • Maintaining stable plant operation during load variations and shutdowns/startups.
  • Coordinating with field teams for troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  • Minimizing production losses, safety risks, and environmental non-compliance.
  • Ensuring continuous operation despite manpower constraints and equipment issues.
