Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Data Analytics Trainer who can inspire, mentor, and prepare students for successful careers in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on industry experience in SQL, Power BI, Python, Excel, data modelling, and business analytics.

Beyond teaching technical concepts, the trainer should be able to simplify complex topics, demonstrate real-world analytical workflows, guide students through practical projects, and help learners develop the technical, analytical, and communication skills required to succeed as modern Data Analysts.

The candidate should also have an understanding of AI-assisted analytics workflows and emerging trends shaping the Data Analytics profession.

Key ResponsibilitiesClassroom & Online Training

• Deliver engaging classroom and live online training sessions on Data Analytics.
• Explain concepts using practical examples, real-world datasets, case studies, and business scenarios.
• Demonstrate industry-relevant data analysis workflows.

• Assist students with resume building and LinkedIn optimization.
• Conduct mock interviews and technical interview preparation.
• Guide students in presenting and explaining their projects confidently.
• Provide constructive feedback on analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
• Motivate students to complete projects, assignments, and certifications successfully.

Curriculum Enhancement

• Continuously update course content based on current Data Analytics and Business Intelligence industry requirements.
• Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, AI capabilities, and industry workflows.
• Identify gaps between classroom learning and industry expectations.
• Suggest improvements to projects, assignments, assessments, and learning methodologies.
• Ensure practical projects reflect real-world business problems and current job requirements.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Academic, Placement, and Admissions teams.
• Collaborate with the Placement team to understand current Data Analyst hiring requirements.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and demo classes.
• Contribute ideas to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Support the academic team in developing projects, assessments, and learning resources.
• Represent GrowthX Academy during educational events and corporate sessions whenever required.

Certifications (Preferred)

Candidates with any of the following certifications will have an added advantage:
