Job Title: Advanced Excel Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Advanced Excel Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical, hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions on Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Design and update training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Train participants on advanced Excel functions and real-world applications.
• Cover topics including:
• Advanced Formulas and Functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, IFS, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.)
• Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
• Data Validation and Conditional Formatting
• Excel Tables and Named Ranges
• Data Cleaning and Text Functions
• Lookup and Reference Functions
• What-If Analysis
• Dashboard Creation
• Charts and Data Visualization
• Power Query (preferred)
• Basic Macros and VBA (preferred)
• Conduct practical assignments and evaluate learner performance.
• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and learning support.
• Stay updated with the latest Excel features and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Advanced Excel training or a similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering classroom, online, or corporate training.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
• Experience in creating business dashboards and MIS reports.
• Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA automation.
• Corporate training experience is preferred.
