Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store & Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in alcohol procurement for restaurants or hospitality establishments. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely procurement of liquor and other supplies in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement:

  • Handle end-to-end purchasing of alcoholic beverages (IMFL, Imported Spirits, Wines, Beer).
  • Coordinate with authorized vendors and distributors for liquor procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with state excise laws and licensing norms.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.

Store Management:

  • Maintain accurate stock records of all inventory, especially alcohol.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reorders.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions as per standards.

Vendor Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with liquor suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and pricing competitiveness.
  • Source new vendors when required.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all alcohol purchases comply with legal and excise requirements.
  • Maintain necessary permits, invoices, and stock registers.
  • Assist during audits and inspections.

Coordination:

  • Work closely with bar team, F&B team, and finance department.
  • Align procurement with consumption patterns and forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchase/store, preferably in hospitality.
  • Mandatory experience in alcohol/liquor procurement.
  • Knowledge of excise regulations and licensing (state-specific).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems / Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in restaurants, bars, or luxury hospitality brands.
  • Understanding of premium spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: Upto 40k
Joining: As per availability
