Looking for a Country Head – IT Staffing (India)
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: 10–15 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Country Head – IT Staffing to lead and grow our India operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Indian IT staffing industry, proven business development expertise, and experience managing recruitment delivery, client relationships, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth, revenue, and profitability for the India IT Staffing division.
Develop and manage relationships with IT Services, Product Companies, GCCs, and Enterprise clients.
Lead recruitment delivery across permanent and contract staffing mandates.
Manage and mentor recruitment, sales, and account management teams.
Ensure achievement of hiring, revenue, and operational targets.
Oversee client acquisition, account expansion, and stakeholder management.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in IT Staffing/Technology Recruitment.
Strong experience in the Indian IT staffing market.
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Experience managing large recruitment and sales teams.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Preferred Background
Candidates from IT staffing, recruitment consulting, RPO, or workforce solutions organizations with strong India market exposure will be preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per month
