Job Title: Cultural & Community Experience Manager

Location: Saket, New Delhi

What You'll Do:

1) Community Building & Engagement

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies that strengthen brand affinity and customer loyalty.
  • Build meaningful relationships with local communities, creators, artists, influencers, entrepreneurs, and cultural partners.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and nurture brand-led communities both online and offline.

2) Events & Experiences

  • Conceptualize and execute micro-events, workshops, panel discussions, networking sessions, pop-ups, launches, and community gatherings.
  • Create unique in-store experiences that drive footfall, engagement, and repeat visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring culturally relevant campaigns and activations to life.

3) Cultural Programming

  • Stay closely connected to emerging cultural, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends.
  • Translate cultural insights into engaging brand experiences and community initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with local creators, institutions, and organizations that align with the brand's values.

4) Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage event calendars, budgets, vendor relationships, and execution timelines.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with retail, marketing, creative, and operations teams.
  • Track event performance and community engagement metrics, sharing insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in Community Management, Experiential Marketing, Events, Brand Experience, Cultural Programming, or related fields.
  • Proven experience planning and executing successful events and community initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of consumer culture, lifestyle trends, and community engagement.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
