What You'll Do

  • Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive guest service.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately while confidently recommending menu items.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain impeccable service standards, cleanliness, and table presentation.
  • Build genuine rapport with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
  • Uphold the brand's SOPs and hospitality standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in premium restaurants, bars, or luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of food, beverages, wines, and cocktails.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for guest service.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Team player with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
