Full job description

Oversees dining room operations, supervises service staff, and ensures high-quality guest satisfaction.

Pre-Service Duties

  • Check station cleanliness, table settings, and side station stock.
  • Conduct team briefings to review daily reservations, VIPs, and menu specials.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth preparation.

During Service Operations

  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take accurate orders.
  • Supervise floor servers, manage section flow, and assist with food delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.

Post-Service and Administrative Tasks

  • Supervise closing procedures, including billing, cleaning, and inventory checks.
  • Train new service staff and monitor team performance.
  • Report sales summaries and shift notes to the F&B manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
