Job Summary:

We are looking for a Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our furniture manufacturing unit. The role involves managing production schedules, coordinating teams, ensuring timely project completion, maintaining quality standards, and driving overall factory efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor daily production activities
  • Coordinate with production, carpentry, polish, and upholstery teams
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Manage labour allocation and factory operations
  • Coordinate material requirements with the office
  • Supervise dispatch planning and inventory movement
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping in the factory
  • Report production progress and resolve operational issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations (furniture/interiors preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
