Job Title: Factory Inspector

Location: Jalan Industrial Complex, Jangalpur, Howrah, West Bengal

Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor manufacturing activities at our factory and vendor facilities.
• Visit vendor factories to inspect their manufacturing facilities, processes, machinery, and quality systems.
• Conduct inspection of components and parts as per drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Check dimensional accuracy, material quality, workmanship, and overall compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding quality issues, rework, and corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of inspections and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and engineering teams as required.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering background with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, measurements, and inspection methods.
• Experience in fabrication, machining, or engineering component inspection will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel to vendor/factory locations for inspections.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from engineering/manufacturing industries will be preferred.
