Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day factory operations across production, quality control, and dispatch functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and the ability to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor production processes to maintain output and minimize downtime
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal compliance requirements
• Coordinate with different departments for seamless workflow and issue resolution
• Supervise packaging and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality checks, and dispatch details
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions where required
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setup
• Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and dispatch operations
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
