Physics Faculty – Job Responsibilities

• Teaching & Academic Delivery
• Deliver high-quality lectures in Physics for JEE / NEET aspirants.
• Explain concepts clearly using examples, diagrams, and numerical problems.
• Complete the syllabus within the scheduled academic timeline.
• Study Material & Content Development
• Prepare and update lecture notes, assignments, and question banks.
• Contribute to the development of study material and practice sheets.
• Doubt Solving
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions for students.
• Provide individual guidance to students who need extra academic support.
• Test Preparation & Evaluation
• Prepare unit tests, part tests, and full syllabus tests.
• Evaluate answer sheets and give constructive feedback to students.
• Student Performance Monitoring
• Track student performance through test results and classroom participation.
• Identify weak students and provide remedial classes or extra support.
• Classroom Management
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and interactive learning.
• Parent & Student Interaction
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
• Guide students regarding exam strategy and time management.
• Academic Planning
• Follow the institute’s academic plan and teaching schedule.
• Coordinate with other faculty members and academic heads.
• Administrative Support
• Maintain attendance records, test records, and academic reports.
• Follow institute policies and academic guidelines.
• Motivation & Mentorship
• Motivate students to stay focused on their goals.
• Provide career guidance related to engineering and medical entrance exams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
