Job Title: Fashion Design Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months
Industry: Fashion / E-commerce

We cater to a wide customer base across India and internationally, focusing on delivering high-quality fashion along with a seamless digital shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage daily customer orders across e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, tailoring, vendors, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
  • Track order timelines and proactively identify delays or operational issues.
  • Communicate order status updates to customers via email and WhatsApp.
  • Handle international orders and overseas customer communication.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, alterations, and order modifications.
  • Maintain and update order tracking sheets, dashboards, and internal reports.
  • Support the customer service team during high-volume periods such as sales and festive seasons.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery records.
  • Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Strong interest in ethnic wear, contemporary fashion, and fashion e-commerce.
  • Basic knowledge of fashion illustration and garment construction.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
