Location: Mumbai
Accommodation & Meals: AC accommodation + food provided
Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Job Overview:

We are looking for a courteous and energetic Waiter/Server to join our vegetarian restaurant team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about vegetarian dishes
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
  • Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Handle billing and payments when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/server is preferred (freshers can also apply)
  • Basic knowledge of vegetarian cuisine is a plus
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English; additional languages are a bonus)
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
