Full job description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Service Associate to enhance the movie-going experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will assist customers inside the cinema, ensure timely service, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the cinema in a polite and professional manner
  • Help guests with seating and general inquiries during their movie experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately from customers
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders directly to customers inside the theater
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas
  • Coordinate with team members to provide smooth and efficient service
  • Handle customer concerns or requests promptly and courteously

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days working per week
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
