Job Summary We are looking for a professional and highly organized Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal support to the Director of the company and senior management team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills with the ability to handle confidential information efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Maintain confidential files, records, and documents. Organize events, meetings, and business travel arrangements. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion. Support day-to-day office and administrative activities. Handle personal and professional coordination tasks as assigned. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good interpersonal and coordination skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience working with Directors, senior executives, or business owners.
