Full job description
We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our team as Data Analysts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, solving business problems, and helping organizations make data-driven decisions.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic business initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive business success.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Interpret data trends, patterns, and business performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on performance trends.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
Data Management & Quality
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, and analytical processes.
- Assist with data governance and compliance initiatives.
- Support database maintenance and data management activities as needed.
Business Intelligence & Insights
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Develop forecasts, trend analyses, and performance evaluations.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Support strategic planning and business optimization initiatives.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with management, operations, finance, marketing, and other departments.
- Participate in meetings to discuss business performance and reporting needs.
- Communicate analytical findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or other analytical tools is preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, finance, operations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Recent graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or certifications are encouraged to apply.
