Accounting Advisor (QBO Online)

About the Role

We are hiring high-energy finance post graduates for a client-facing role supporting a Fortune 100 US-based organization in the cloud accounting and fintech space.

This role blends finance, technology, and consultative selling, giving you hands-on exposure to QuickBooks Online (QBO)—one of the world’s leading accounting platforms. You will work directly with US clients to troubleshoot product issues, recommend solutions, and help businesses optimize their accounting processes using technology.

What You’ll Do

•

Act as a product consultant for QuickBooks Online (QBO) users

•

Troubleshoot functional and accounting-related issues within QBO

•

Advise US clients on US GAAP–compliant accounting practices using QBO

•

Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate QBO products, features, and upgrades

•

Support product adoption, onboarding, and optimization for small and mid-sized US businesses

•

Assist clients across core accounting functions:

General Ledger

➢

Bank & credit card reconciliations

➢

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

➢

Financial adjustments and reporting

•

Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Document customer insights to help improve product usage and customer success metrics

Eligibility

Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields

•
