Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial statements, revenue, costs, margins, and business performance.
  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain MIS and management reports.
  • Conduct financial and business performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support FP&A, corporate finance, valuation, and strategic planning activities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyse key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Perform DCF, comparable-company and financial ratio analysis where required.
  • Assist with investment, business, and project evaluation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting and corporate finance.
  • Financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and financial ratios.
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or Python can be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
