Durvankur Theme Concept and Creations is looking for a talented Freelance 3D Visualizer & Walkthrough Artist for project-based collaboration.

Scope of Work

• 3D Visualization of Resorts, Snow Parks, Game Zones, Water Parks, and Entertainment Destinations
• High-quality Exterior & Interior Renderings
• Detailed Material, Texture & Finish Visualization
• Landscape and Environment Development
• Photorealistic Rendering
• Walkthroughs, Flythroughs & Animation Videos
• Presentation Visuals for Client Approvals

Requirements

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, textures, and lighting
• Ability to create realistic and immersive environments
• Experience in walkthrough animation and cinematic presentations
• Ability to work from concept sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs
• Good communication and adherence to project timelines

• Lumion
• Blender
