Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to lead the overall operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-end restaurants, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and building strong, service-oriented teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, impeccable grooming standards, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with our standards

• Own the guest experience, proactively engaging with customers and handling feedback with maturity and professionalism

• Build, train, and manage front-of-house teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service

• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer centricity across the team

• Ensure adherence to SOPs related to service, hygiene, grooming, and compliance

• Monitor sales performance, cost controls, inventory, and manpower planning

• Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure service excellence and menu alignment

• Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining strong floor presence and customer relationships

Key Requirements

• Prior experience managing premium restaurants is mandatory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in customer interaction

• High standards of personal grooming and professional presentation

• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to take end-to-end responsibility

• Strong people management and team-building capabilities

• Operationally sound with a balance of service excellence and business acumen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
