Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Leader in managing daily team operations.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Support in training and guiding new employees.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain attendance, discipline, and productivity of team members.
  • Report issues, delays, or performance concerns to the Team Leader.
  • Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
  • Coordinate with other departments when required.
