Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Leader in managing daily team operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Support in training and guiding new employees.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and productivity of team members.
- Report issues, delays, or performance concerns to the Team Leader.
- Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
Skills Required:
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
