Job Summary:

The Assistant Team Leader supports the Team Leader in managing daily operations and guiding the team to achieve productivity and quality targets. The role involves supervising team members, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining discipline in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Leader in managing daily team operations.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Support in training and guiding new employees.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain attendance, discipline, and productivity of team members.
• Report issues, delays, or performance concerns to the Team Leader.
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with other departments when required.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
