Key Responsibilities

  • Program Planning: Develop, implement, and oversee diverse, inclusive sports programs tailored to different skill and age levels.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for practices, league games, tournaments, and facility usage.
  • Resource & Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of sports fields, courts, and equipment to ensure all safety and operational standards are met.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and support coaches, instructors, referees, and volunteers.
  • Budget Administration: Track departmental expenses, allocate funds for gear and travel, and procure necessary sports materials.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, resolving disputes, and promoting sports events to the community.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven background in sports administration, event planning, or coaching.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications are typically preferred.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours to cover games and events

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
