Job Title: Production Manager – Beverage / Bottling Industry Location: Plant / Bottling Unit (India) Department: Manufacturing / Operations Reports To: Plant Manager / Factory Head Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 12+ Years Salary: Up to 50 LPA Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Production Manager for a leading Beverage/Bottling organization. Job Purpose: To plan, manage, and control end-to-end production operations at the bottling plant, ensuring safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery in line with industry standards and statutory norms. Key Responsibilities: Production & Operations Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet business demand Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials Monitor line efficiency, OEE, wastage, downtime, and take corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Lean, Kaizen) Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards Maintain high standards of product quality and hygiene Coordinate with QA for audits, inspections, and corrective actions Safety & Environment Ensure adherence to EHS standards and statutory safety norms Promote safe work practices and conduct regular safety training Drive zero-accident culture across production operations People Management Lead, coach, and develop production teams including shift in-charges and operators Ensure skill development, training, and performance management Manage shift rosters and manpower planning Cost & Productivity Control conversion cost, utilities consumption, and material losses Implement cost-saving projects without compromising quality or safety Support CAPEX and new line/technology implementation Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and HR Support new product launches and volume ramp-ups Preferred Background: Strong Beverage/Bottling experience CSD/HF Line strong knowledge preferred Experience in FMCG / Beverage / Food Manufacturing Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial Engineering 8–15 years of relevant experience Skills Required: Strong knowledge of bottling operations & utilities Leadership and people management Data analysis & problem solving Knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma SAP / ERP exposure Excellent communication & decision-making skills Interested candidates can apply directly or share their updated CV at: [nihalattar100@gmail.com](mailto:nihalattar100@gmail.com)
