Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Food Handling)

Location: Pune

Experience Required:

4-6 years (preferably in food items handling / FMCG / food distribution)

Education:

Any Graduate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor with experience in handling food items. The candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure proper storage of food products, and maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items as per safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for perishable goods
• Conduct regular stock audits and minimize wastage/damage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Train and manage warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Inventory management and stock control
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, SAP systems preferred)
• Team handling and leadership skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Man power handling.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in food industry, FMCG, or cold storage operations

Familiarity with perishable goods handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
