  • Assist guests with menu choices and provide detailed information about dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and utensils.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Handle guest complaints or requests courteously.
  • Process payments and maintain billing accuracy.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
