Key Responsibilities
Lead quality control operations across RTC products, idly/dosa batter, dairy products (milk, curd, buttermilk, lassi), juices, sauces, pickles, and bakery products.Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO/FSSC 22000 standards.Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product quality inspections.Manage laboratory testing, food safety systems, audits, CAPA, and customer complaints.Lead the QC team and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
