Food Quality jobs

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production as per sales and dispatch requirements.

Manage the complete production process from raw-material preparation to finished-product packing.

Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time, manpower, and cost.

Monitor production line efficiency, productivity, downtime, wastage, and yield.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, food-safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Ensure proper availability and utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, and machinery.

Monitor product quality during production and take corrective action for deviations.

Reduce production losses, material wastage, rejection, rework, and machine downtime.

Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, and production controls.

Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene of production areas and equipment.

Manage production manpower, including shift planning, attendance, training, and performance.

Conduct daily production meetings and review production performance against targets.

Maintain production records, batch records, shift reports, and other required documentation.

Investigate production problems and implement root-cause and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Support new product trials, process improvements, and product scale-up.

Ensure safe working practices and compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and OEE improvement.

Prepare and submit production reports and key performance indicators to management.

Ensure proper handling and traceability of non-conforming products and production deviations.

Strong production planning and execution skills

Knowledge of food-processing and packaging operations

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food-safety requirements

Team leadership and manpower management

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Cost and wastage control

Production data analysis and reporting

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines

Computer skills, particularly Excel and production/ERP systems

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
