Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer / Senior Roles to join our food manufacturing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the food products meet the highest quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality inspections of raw materials, in-process food products, and finished goods to ensure they meet defined specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect production processes, equipment, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality regulations specific to food manufacturing.
• Record and document inspection results, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quality metrics and test data.
• Work closely with production teams to identify and address any quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updating of quality control procedures, aligning them with food industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and certification standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in quality control, food safety, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in quality assurance or inspection within a food manufacturing environment is required.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and experience in regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality..

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
