Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, and delivering high-quality products.

While the primary focus is on manual testing, automation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects/bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning activities.
• Conduct API testing, UI testing, and database validation where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies and processes.
• Experience in writing clear and effective test cases and test scenarios.
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Basic knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setup.

Good to Have

• Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with performance or security testing basics.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
