Job Overview
Binni Construction is looking for a proactive and responsible Forest Department Liaison Officer to coordinate with various Forest Department offices across Silchar, Hailakandi, Karimganj and Haflong.
The candidate will be responsible for handling official coordination, documentation, submissions, follow-ups and regulatory compliance matters related to the company's ongoing construction projects and stone crusher operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with Divisional Forest Officers (DFO), Range Forest Officers (RFO), Beat Officers and other concerned Forest Department officials.
2. Handle submission and follow-up of official letters, applications, reports and supporting documents.
3. Follow up on permissions, NOCs, clearances, approvals and other statutory requirements.
4. Coordinate documentation relating to stone crusher operations, stock reports, CCA approvals and other departmental compliance matters.
5. Regularly visit relevant government offices and project sites as required.
6. Maintain records of submitted documents, acknowledgements, approvals and pending matters.
7. Ensure timely communication between the company's management, project teams and government departments.
8. Track pending applications and ensure that departmental requirements are addressed within stipulated timelines.
9. Provide regular updates to management regarding progress, pending approvals and departmental correspondence.
Eligibility & Requirements
• Any graduate preferred; candidates with relevant practical experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience dealing with Forest Department offices will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of government procedures, official correspondence and documentation.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel across Silchar, Hailakandi, Karimganj and Haflong.
• Must be organised, reliable and capable of independently handling departmental coordination.
Compensation
Salary will be offered as per market standards, depending on the candidate's experience, local knowledge and capabilities.
Joining
Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
