Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive digital experiences as well as visually compelling designs across a variety of platforms and media. In addition to designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, you will contribute to the creation of marketing materials, presentations, infographics, whitepapers, flyers, brochures, social media creatives, branding assets, and other visual content as required. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric, and visually engaging design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, and other digital products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design marketing and branding materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, social media creatives, email graphics, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, and other promotional assets.
• Develop visual concepts and graphics for both digital and print media.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience and design effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into creative design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, usability, and design standards across all products and communication materials.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
• Support design requirements for internal documentation, reports, presentations, events, and corporate communications.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects as well as graphic design, branding, marketing creatives, and other visual communication work.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create engaging designs for both digital and print platforms.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant Adobe applications.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint for presentation design.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and evolving design methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
• Experience in creating design systems, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
