About the Role

We are looking for a Freight Broker to join our team and manage freight operations by connecting shippers with reliable carriers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the US freight market, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and negotiate with carriers and truck drivers to secure competitive freight rates.
• Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth movement of loads.
• Source and book available trucks according to shipment requirements.
• Negotiate rates while maintaining profitability and service quality.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and carriers.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with carriers and customers.
• Handle load details, confirmations, rate negotiations, and required documentation.
• Follow up on pickups, deliveries, delays, and other operational issues.
• Resolve shipment-related concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, carriers, and customer communication.
• Meet daily/weekly business and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Brokerage, Logistics, Trucking, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with the US freight market will be an advantage.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of freight operations, loads, carriers, and trucking terminology.
• Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a US time-zone/night-shift schedule.
• Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
• Candidates with experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics coordination are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹16,615.50 - ₹63,158.09 per month
