Hiring Freight Broker for a Reputed/MNC company located at Chandigarh.
About the Role-
Looking for a motivated Freight Broker to manage and coordinate freight movement across North America. In this role, you will work closely with US carriers, negotiate rates, dispatch loads, and ensure smooth end-to-end shipment execution. This is a work-from-home opportunity with strong earning potential through performance-based incentives in USD.
Key Responsibilities:-
Source, vet, and book reliable carriers for freight movement across North America
Negotiate freight rates with carriers to maximize margin while ensuring service quality
Dispatch loads with accurate pickup, delivery, and load details
Track shipments in real time and provide timely updates to carriers and internal teams
Resolve operational issues, including delays, breakdowns, detentions, and no-shows
Maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure consistent capacity and repeat business
Ensure compliance with carrier requirements, documentation, and load confirmations
Coordinate closely with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution
Update TMS/CRM systems with accurate shipment and carrier information
Meet daily booking, margin, and performance targets
Job Details-
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift – Fixed Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Job Location: Work From Home
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in US logistics
