We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Support Executives. The role primarily focuses on after-sales support, backend operations, customer coordination, and process management. Position: Support Executive

Location: Work From Office
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support to students/customers and ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle backend operations and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Manage documentation, reports, and process-related updates.
• Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Assist in onboarding and support-related administrative activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Maintain process compliance and contribute to operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
