We are looking for a sharp, organized Business Analyst to support our growing team. In this role, you will analyze our daily workflows, coordinate with internal teams, and help manage relations with external clients. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact to keep internal teams and external clients aligned.
• Monitor daily business operations and ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain and update internal trackers to ensure all client and operational data is logged accurately.
• Assist in preparing weekly summaries, clear updates, and simple dashboards to track project health for management.
• Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and bridge the gap between departments.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with standard office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and quick to learn new internal business platforms.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• A natural ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and keep files and schedules meticulously organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
