Open Position: HR Executive
Location: Malad (West), Mumbai
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry: IT/Software
Only Mumbai Suburban-based candidates apply for this Position (Bhayander to Dadar).
We are 6 days working: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the organization’s human resource processes and initiatives, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth and efficient delivery of HR services while fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company’s values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation and orientation programs.

2. Employee Engagement and Relations:

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a healthy workplace culture.

3. HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Manage leave records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

4. Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process by coordinating appraisals, tracking feedback, and managing reports.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning programs.

5. Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Help develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate policy changes and updates effectively to employees.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
