Full job description
The Operations & Field Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing key logistics, handling customer/vendor site visits, and ensuring seamless coordination between office management and ground-level fieldwork.
Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Office + On-site / Field Work
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Logistics Management Coordinate daily schedules, task assignments, and workflow execution across ongoing projects or activities. Manage inventory, material handling, delivery tracking, and dispatch schedules. Maintain clear and accurate logs/records of stock, daily work reports, and operational expenses using basic management software or spreadsheets. Handle vendor coordination, order processing, and documentation (invoices, delivery notes, challans).
2. Field Work & Site Supervision Conduct regular visits to client sites, project locations, or vendor units to monitor work quality, progress, and safety standards. Perform site surveys, initial measurements, feasibility checks, or technical data collection prior to execution. Ensure timely delivery and correct deployment of materials or equipment at field sites. Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for resolving immediate operational issues or customer queries.
3. Client & Vendor Liaison Assist with client onboarding, site handovers, and payment follow-ups/collection where required. Build and maintain strong relationships with field teams, local contractors, drivers, and supply partners. Draft basic quotes, service reports, and status updates for management and external stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a relevant technical/vocational field).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, site supervision, supply chain, or technical sales/field services.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle (two-wheeler minimum) for regular local travel.
Technical & Computer Literacy: Proficiency in mobile reporting, WhatsApp/email communication, and MS Excel/Google Sheets. Basic familiarity with ERP/billing tools or site management apps is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on-ground bottlenecks independently. Good local language communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
