The selected candidates will undergo practical training across various departments to understand real estate business operations, project coordination, sales support, HR activities, client handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in daily business operations.
• Coordinate between departments such as Sales, HR, Marketing, CRM, and Site Operations.
• Support project planning, reporting, and coordination activities.
• Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination activities.
• Handle customer follow-ups and maintain records.
• Learn company processes, policies, and real estate workflows.
• Support management in achieving business targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA Fresher (HR / Marketing / Finance / Operations).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working from office.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
