Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate HCC coding and RAF capture
  • Apply CMS-HCC and ICD-10-CM guidelines
  • Conduct audits and support RADV readiness
  • Identify documentation gaps
  • Provide coding guidance, training, and escalation support

Requirements:

  • Certification: CPC / CRC
  • Strong experience in HCC / Risk Adjustment (Medicare Advantage / ACA)
  • Knowledge of CMS-HCC models, RAF, and ICD-10
  • Experience in auditing and QA
