Role Overview

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences, ensuring child safety, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering a nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

· Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.

· Implement curriculum as per academic guidelines.

· Prepare teaching materials and aids in advance.

2. Child Care & Safety

· Ensure constant supervision of children.

· Maintain a safe and secure classroom environment.

· Handle children with care, patience, and sensitivity.

3. Classroom Management

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.

· Ensure proper arrangement of learning materials and displays.

· Promote discipline and positive behavior among children.

4. Parent Communication

· Share regular updates with parents regarding child progress.

· Participate in parent meetings and discussions.

· Address parent queries in a polite and professional manner.

5. Documentation & Records

· Maintain attendance and student records accurately.

· Keep track of child development and progress.

6. Team Collaboration

· Work closely with other teachers and staff.

· Participate in training sessions and meetings.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
