Looking for FRESHERS - Talent Acquisition for MNC in Gurgaon

Profile : Hr Sourcing

Experience : 0-1 years

Salary. : upto 4.5 L

Working Days : Monday-Friday

Role of a Sourcing Specialist

  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to gain a deep understanding of requirements for open roles and how it fits into the organization
  • Sourcing and Screening active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
  • Maintaining and updating the candidate database tracker
  • Strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines
  • Coordination and scheduling of interviews
  • Documentation handling for new joiners
