Full job description
We are looking for a competent Junior Executive – Export Documentation to support the preparation, verification, and coordination of export-related documents and shipment processes. The candidate will work closely with the Export, Logistics, Sales, Finance, CHA/Freight Forwarder, and other relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Prepare and maintain export documents such as:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Shipping Bills
- Certificates of Origin
- Bills of Lading / Air Waybills
- Export declarations and other shipment-related documents
- Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers/CHAs, shipping lines, and transporters for shipment documentation.
- Prepare documentation based on purchase orders, sales orders, letters of credit, and customer instructions.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to customers, banks, freight forwarders, and other concerned parties.
- Maintain proper records of export shipments and related documentation.
- Track shipment status and follow up for required documents and updates.
- Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies, amendments, and queries.
- Coordinate with the Finance team regarding export invoices, payment-related documents, and bank submissions.
- Maintain systematic physical and electronic filing of export documents.
- Support the Export/Logistics team in day-to-day documentation and administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable export regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
