Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from US customers.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Neutral or understandable accent.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
• Customer-focused attitude and patience.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
• Freshers can apply; prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO/Call Center environment.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹34,169.58 per month
