Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our recruitment team. This internship is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in talent acquisition. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

● Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and social media platforms.

● Contact candidates through calls and messages regarding job opportunities.

● Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the HR team.

● Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.

● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

● Submit daily work reports and achieve assigned recruitment targets.

Eligibility

  • 12th Pass / Freshers Welcome
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone/computer usage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
